Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. For orders by post, remember to include the details listed on the checkout page, including postage (for total value of goods under £30.00) and VAT. All cheques must be crossed and made payable to R U Suggestive. Under NO circumstances send cash. Cheques and Postal Orders must be for the full amount including any postage due and VAT. Goods paid for by cheque will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared (goods will be sent in approximately 10-14 days). Send your order and payment to: RUS, PO Box 230, SHIPLEY, BD18 1WW. Fax orders must have your name, full postal address, telephone number and include your full credit/debit card information and have your signature on it. For orders by telephone, you must provide your name, full postal address, telephone number and be prepared to give your credit/debit card information. For orders by post not processed through the website, you must provide your name, full postal address and telephone number. Please list all items you wish to purchase, including product reference number, size, colour, quantity and price, remembering to include any postage due and VAT. All this will be listed in the checkout page which you can print and send with your payment. Or alternatively you can write these details. Please ensure that you enclude a cheque or postal orders for the full amount. You don't have to feel embarrassed about ordering anything, if you would prefer please feel free to order products, by telephone, using the reference number shown with each product. All goods must be paid for in advance. Prices exclude delivery charges, but include VAT. It is your responsibility to ensure that the personal details you give are correct. If incorrect details are given, we will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery. If goods have to be re-despatched, you will cover this expense.

Shipping And Handling

For total goods less than £30.00 - £3.95 and for total goods £30.00 or over - free. All items are delivered using the Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery Service. Proof of delivery certificate with copy of recipient's signature and printed name can be organised. Please note that there will be an additional £5.00 charge for this service.

Delivery Schedule

All products are subject to availability, some products may need to be ordered so despatch times may vary. We hope to deliver within 10 to 14 working days. At the moment goods not paid for by cheque, or that do not need to be ordered are being despatched within 2 working days. If you wish to discuss your order, please telephone 0870 243 2267, we will be happy to confirm when your order was despatched. If packages are returned to us undelivered, they will be subject to an additional charge before being re-despatched.

Back Orders

If it is not possible to provide part or all of your order, we will contact you to advise you and to seek confirmation as to whether you wish us to continue with your order. If you wish to cancel your order, we will refund your payment in the same way payment was made.

Tax Charges

Only orders from the UK will be accepted. All orders will be subject to 17.5% VAT.

Returns Policy

All sales are final except when products are faulty: 1. Returns are only accepted within 28 days of receipt of order, in their original condition and packaging. 2. We reserve the right to replace, refund, credit or exchange a returned item. 3. All refunds will be made in the same way payment was made. 4. We will not accept return of goods for any other reason. 5. Under no circumstances will we exchange or refund for goods that we think have been used or worn in anyway, this is for health and hygiene reasons. All goods must be returned with a written statement explaining what the defect was. 8. Replacement of faulty goods will be returned free of charge. 9. For any goods returned if the postage is not paid, this amount will be deducted from any refund or return value. 10. You will not be able to cancel any order once goods have been despatched.
